I really enjoyed playing with the snowy effects. I'd like to master it a bit better but I'm happy with how it came out!

I like your work, I think the character could be more contrasting with the background either by color or by stronger shadows, I think you should check the proportions on the hands and arms, the snowy effects indeed do look really cool... a good work it is.

Thanks for the feedback, up until I got a tablet, I've done almost all of my drawings without color, so its fairly new to me. But I see what you mean about contrast, he the drab uniform color kinda blurs with the white.
